The map and the stories that go with it. The USA Edition is a 6-foot-wide search and find map with 500+ things hidden across all 50 states: landmarks, famous people, inventions, events and pop culture. The Learning Guidebook tells the true story behind 400+ of those finds, so every time your kid circles something, there is a short story to read about it.

What's in the box

• 1 USA Edition search and find map, 6 ft x 3 ft (36" x 72"), dry-erase
• 1 USA Edition Learning Guidebook
• Ships rolled in a 3-foot box from our U.S. warehouse

Why get the set

• The guidebook is what turns the hunt into learning. Kids find Mount Rushmore, then read who is on it and why.
• Great for the family room and the homeschool room. It ties into any American history unit.
• No batteries, no screens, nothing to build. Hang it up and hand them a marker.
• Families tell us the map takes 20+ hours to finish. The dry-erase surface lets them wipe it and start over.
• Ages 5 and up, with color-coded easy finds for the youngest kids and 5+ built-in mini-games.

Good to know

• Dry-erase markers are not included. Any dry-erase marker works, or add our 3-pack.
• The list of what to find is printed around the border of the map. The guidebook has the stories.
• Hang it with push pins or painter's tape, lay it on the floor, or spread it across the table.
• Made and shipped in the USA. We have been making these maps since 2009.

Questions people ask

• What ages is it for? Ages 5 and up. The youngest kids hunt the easy finds. Older kids and adults go after the hard ones.
• Is it a regular map of the states? No. It is a search and find game drawn across the United States, with landmarks, history and pop culture hidden in every state. It is drawn from a tilted bird's-eye view so there is room for all the history along the East Coast. A regular map is printed in the key.
• How do we play? Pick something from the border list, find it on the map, and circle it. Then look it up in the guidebook. Race, team up, or let one kid hunt alone.
• Will it get here for Christmas? Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days from our U.S. warehouse. Order early in December to be safe.
