What Should I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged Or Gets Lost?

My package is lost—what should I do?

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, email help@wgsad.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to verify the issue before issuing a replacement.

🚨 We do not offer refunds for lost or damaged packages—only replacements.

My package arrived damaged—what should I do?

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact help@wgsad.com within 3 days of delivery and provide the following:

  1. A photo of the damaged item(s) clearly showing the damage.
  2. A photo of the package with the shipping label visible.
  3. Any additional photos we request for verification.

🚨 If you do not provide these photos, we cannot issue a replacement.

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

We understand that mistakes happen! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at help@wgsad.com

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
  • Changes: Address or product changes must be requested before the order is processed.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you don’t receive this email or have trouble tracking your order, please contact us at help@wgsad.com

How can I make a tax-free purchase?

Right now, we only charge sales tax on orders shipped to Connecticut. If you are outside of Connecticut, no tax will be applied to your order.

If you are located in Connecticut and qualify for tax exemption, please email your Tax Exemption Certificate and Tax ID Number to help@wgsad.com before placing your order. List the products you want to purchase. Once verified, we will send you an invoice to complete your purchase tax-free.
