My package is lost—what should I do?

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, email help@wgsad.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to verify the issue before issuing a replacement.

My package arrived damaged—what should I do?

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact help@wgsad.com within 3 days of delivery and provide the following:

1. A photo of the damaged item(s) clearly showing the damage.
2. A photo of the package with the shipping label visible.
3. Any additional photos we request for verification.

🚨 If you do not provide these photos, we cannot issue a replacement.

If you qualify for tax exemption, please email your Tax Exemption Certificate and Tax ID Number to help@wgsad.com before placing your order. List the products you want to purchase. Once verified, we will send you an invoice to complete your purchase tax-free.
