WorldsGreatest™ partners with USPS and UPS for reliable delivery to your doorstep. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.
Quality Control & Shipping Responsibility
We inspect every single product before it is shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards. If any damage occurs, it happened during shipping or was caused by the shipping carrier.
We are not liable for anything that happens to your product after it leaves our facility.

- As a courtesy, we may offer a replacement for a damaged item, but this is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny any request for a replacement or refund if we believe a claim is untrue.
Order Processing

You will be charged at the time you place your order. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipment, and this process may take several days. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or orders requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.
After an order is placed, you have 1 hour and 30 minutes to request any manual edits. Once that window has passed, no edits, changes, or modifications will be allowed.
Shipping Process
- We typically require 2-5 business days to fulfill and transport your order to our carrier’s sort facility.
- Some items may take longer, especially during major holidays (up to 10 days) or if your order includes popular items with stock availability issues.
Address Information
- Once processing begins, we cannot make any changes, including address alterations. We ship only to the address provided at checkout.
- Shipping occurs on business days only; we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Multiple Items in One Order
- If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to different manufacturing partners' locations.
Tracking Your Order
- All orders come with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times vary by country/region. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- United States: 7-14 Business days
- Canada, Europe: 10-14 Business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 10-21 Business days
- Mexico, Central America, South America: 15-30 Business days
Note: These estimates exclude the 2-5 business days required for processing.
Delays & External Factors
While we strive for timely delivery, WorldsGreatest™ is not responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as:
- Customs procedures
- National holidays
- Severe weather
- Labor disputes, protests, or strikes
- Unexpected carrier delays
Duties, Taxes, & Import Fees
- International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
WorldsGreatest™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- If your order is lost or stolen, please report it to the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS).
- If your order arrives damaged, you may file a claim with USPS or UPS for a refund.
- If you prefer, we may offer a replacement at our discretion—contact support@worldsgreatestsearchanddiscover.com within 3 days of delivery with required photos for review.
Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not able to modify or correct the address once processing begins.If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address is submitted:

The carrier may return the package to us or mark it as undeliverable.

Orders returned due to an invalid address do not qualify for a refund.

Customers may request the order to be resent once a new shipping fee is paid.
Returned-to-Sender (RTS) packages often travel across the country twice. Because of this long, unpredictable journey, the condition in which they return to us is highly inconsistent. Some arrive intact, while many arrive bent, dented, or creased beyond resale. Our posters are large, rigid products, and once damaged—even slightly—they cannot be sold again.
Due to this inconsistency, we cannot reliably issue refunds for returned orders caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
However, out of fairness and care for our customers, we always send a brand-new product once the reshipment fee is paid, and we discard the damaged one at our cost.This policy applies only to returns caused by invalid or incomplete addresses.
If you refuse delivery because the product arrived damaged from the carrier’s handling, this does not fall under this section. Simply let us know, and we will work with the carrier immediately and send you a replacement at no cost to you. -

Cancellations
Once a shipping label has been created for your order, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. We work quickly to process and ship orders, and cannot intercept packages once they are in the shipping queue. We are not responsible for missed or delayed cancellation requests sent after fulfillment has begun. Please double-check your order details before submitting.Agreement to Terms
