WorldsGreatest™ Return & Replacement Policy
At WorldsGreatest™, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring every customer has the best experience possible. Every item is inspected for quality before shipping to ensure it meets our standards.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns: We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to the fragile nature and packaging complexity of our products. Like puzzles or posters, our products can be easily damaged and are not suitable for returns. Additionally, because our products are dry-erasable, they can be fully completed before returning, which makes them ineligible for returns.
Return shipping labels alone can cost up to $20 due to the size and weight of the packaging, and in the event a return is damaged during transit back to us—which is more likely with large posters—there is no clear party to take responsibility for the loss. Because of this, all sales are final.
Exchanges: If you received the wrong item, please contact us at help@wgsad.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo clearly showing the incorrect item. We will promptly arrange an exchange.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your order appears lost or has not arrived, contact us within 30 days of shipment at help@wgsad.com with your order number. We'll verify the issue with the carrier before issuing a replacement.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery at help@wgsad.com with the required photos (see below).
🚨 We do not issue refunds for lost or damaged orders—only replacements.
Required Photos for Damaged Package Claims
To receive a replacement, you must provide:

A clear photo of the damaged item(s).

A clear photo of the shipping box with the shipping label visible.

Any additional photos we request for verification.
🚨 If you do not provide these photos, we cannot process your claim.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if an item must be sent back for review. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
